Anti-racist pedagogy workshops

This workshop equips educators with practical strategies to dismantle racism in their classrooms and curricula. Participants explore how to create inclusive, equitable learning environments that honor diverse histories, cultures, and identities. The session emphasizes culturally responsive teaching practices that foster student voice, agency, and critical consciousness.

60-90 Minute Virtual or In-Person Workshop / Half Day PD (3hrs)

$250 - $2500

Learning Goals:

  • Understand the principles of anti-racist pedagogy and its impact on student outcomes
  • Identify and challenge biased curriculum content and classroom dynamics
  • Develop actionable strategies to incorporate culturally sustaining practices
  • Build confidence to facilitate courageous conversations about race and equity

  • Increased awareness of racial inequities in education systems
  • A plan for integrating anti-racist practices in lesson planning and classroom culture


Implicit Bias & Systems Analysis Training

This training guides educators and leaders in uncovering unconscious biases and examining how systemic inequities operate within schools. Through reflective activities and data analysis, participants gain clarity on how biases shape decision-making and impact student experiences. Expect to engage in collaborative action planning to to interrupt and plan a response for inequitable patterns that may be present within work flow.

60-90 Minute Virtual/In-Person Work Session / Half or Full Day Work Session

$250 - $4000

Learning Goals:

  • Recognize implicit biases and their influence on perceptions and actions
  • Analyze institutional policies and practices through an equity lens
  • Understand the interconnectedness of individual and systemic bias
  • Build strategies to disrupt bias and cultivate inclusive culture systems

  • Heightened self-awareness regarding personal biases
  • Practical tools to assess and revise school policies and routines
  • Collaborative frameworks for equity-centered learn leadership and change
